About The House of Wigs

I didn't start in beauty. I started in the motor industry.

For over 20 years, I've been working in the motor industry, specifically servicing the taxi industry. Day after day, I was surrounded by women. Women carrying the weight of entire households on their shoulders before the sun even rose.

And while I was working with my hands, I was also listening.

I heard the conversations women had about how they looked. About how they felt. About the hair they'd spent their savings on that fell apart within weeks. About the confidence they'd lost. About the mornings they'd skipped getting dressed because they just didn't feel like themselves anymore.

I heard it over and over again. And I couldn't unhear it.

Hair is not vanity. For a South African woman, it is identity. It is dignity. It is the first thing she puts on before she faces the world. And too many women were being failed by what they were buying.

So I started asking questions. I researched. I tested plenty of so-called 'suppliers' before I found the perfect, direct supplier, one I could stake my 20-year reputation on. When the hair arrived, I stood in my kitchen, and ran my fingers through it and I knew.

This was what I had been looking for. This was what those women deserved.

I only carry 100% raw Vietnamese hair, collected primarily from single donors, never chemically processed, cuticles intact and aligned. It is the highest quality human hair available anywhere in the world. It moves like your own hair. It lasts for years, not months. And I will not sell anything else.

Not because I am perfect. But because my name has meant something for 20 years, in an industry where trust is everything and shortcuts cost you everything! That standard followed me here.

I started The House of Wigs for every woman who has ever felt let down by what she bought. For the woman in the taxi. For the woman in the boardroom. For the woman who is going through something and just needs to feel like herself again.

This is not a wig store. This is a promise.

Welcome.
